Shipping & Delivery

Context Collection: Shipping & Delivery

We offer two methods of shipping and delivery for showroom placed orders.

Standard & White Glove Delivery.

Standard offers delivery to your front door (if the destination
is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be
delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to
your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3-10
business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard
Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal
of packing materials.

White Glove includes a delivery appointment, inside
delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice,
and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window
for White Glove service is typically 2-3 weeks from the day
your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we
recommend the use of White Glove service on select items
(noted in their product descriptions). White Glove Delivery
does not include wall mounting, electrical or structural
changes.

Shipping is calculated on percentage of order value:

White Glove Delivery

Add $350 to your standard delivery rate

Expedited shipping is available upon request for some
select items. Please call our sales team to discuss overnight
options. When available on business days (Monday-Friday).
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico – we currently do
not offer shipping in these areas. We currently do not ship
outside the U.S.

Online Shop: Shipping & Returns

Context online shop offers ground and two-day shipping within the United States on most items. Next-day shipping is available for an additional charge on some items. Orders placed before 2 p.m EST on business days begin processing that day; orders placed after 2 p.m. begin processing on the next business day.

UPS Ground Shipping

Some items are only available for delivery via ground shipping, which takes approximately 3–6 business days.

UPS 2-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2 p.m EST on business days begin processing that day; Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST begin processing the next day and will arrive in 3 business days.

Special Delivery

Some items are made to order, and may ship from us or directly from the manufacturer or may require special packaging. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 business day to discuss shipping options and costs.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and are in original packaging. Returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase. Items flagged as requiring special delivery must be returned within 7 days of purchase only if they are eligible for return. All returns must include original packaging: any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials.
For orders shipped within the United States, return shipping is free for all eligible items if returned within 10 days of purchase using the prepaid label that accompanied the original shipment.

For an item to be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packing and paperwork attached.

How To Return

  • Mark the return slip with the item(s) you are returning along with the reason(s) for your return.
  • Repackage the item(s) you would like to return along with the completed return slip.
  • Place the prepaid UPS return label that accompanied your order on the outside of the box you’ll ship back to us.
  • Drop off your shipment at a UPS Store (find your nearest store at www.ups.com) or at any UPS facility.
  • As soon as we receive your return, we’ll let you know in an e-mail and make sure that your refund is processed within 5 days.
    It may take up to 10 business days from the date we process your refund for it reflect on your original form of payment.

*Returns apply only to item(s) purchased on Context Online Shop that are marked eligible for return. Showroom furniture orders in the Collection are not eligible for return.
