Ship­ping & Delivery

Deliv­ery

For furni­ture and custom items, there are two options for deliv­ery which are quoted through a third party delivery service.

Stan­dard Delivery

Stan­dard deliv­ery offers deliv­ery to your front door (if the desti­na­tion is an apart­ment or multi-unit build­ing, the order will be deliv­ered inside the entrance to the build­ing, but not to your apart­ment door). The typical deliv­ery window is 3 – 10 busi­ness days from the day your order is shipped. Stan­dard Deliv­ery does not include unpack­ing, assem­bly or removal of packing materials.

White Glove Delivery

The white glove service includes a deliv­ery appoint­ment, inside deliv­ery, assem­bly and place­ment in your room of choice, and removal of all packing mate­ri­als. The deliv­ery window for White Glove service is typi­cally 2 – 3 weeks from the day your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recom­mend the use of White Glove service. White glove deliv­ery does not include wall mount­ing, elec­tri­cal or structural changes.

Context online shop offers free ship­ping. Orders placed before 2 p.m EST on busi­ness days begin process­ing that day; orders placed after 2 p.m. begin process­ing on the next busi­ness day. Due to packing and ship­ping require­ments, items will ship typi­cally with 48 hours of purchase. 

Ground Ship­ping

We ship smalls and light­ing through our online shop via Fed-ex ground, USPS, or UPS

Kvadrat Textiles Shipping 

We ship Kvadrat world­wide. For outside the US, ship­ping is calcu­lated based on yardage and client loca­tion. Please inquire for ship­ping quote directly sales@​contextgallery.​com — we can add the costs to your order, payments are made on the website. 

Special Deliv­ery

Some items are made to order, and may ship from us or directly from the manu­fac­turer or may require special pack­ag­ing. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 busi­ness day to discuss ship­ping options and costs.

Returns

We do accept returns of damaged items, with orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing. Returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase. All returns must include orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing: any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials.

How To Return

Contact us imme­di­ately, and will provide instruc­tions, and shipping label.
