Shipping & Delivery
For furniture and custom items, there are two options for delivery which are quoted through a third party delivery service.
Standard delivery offers delivery to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door). The typical delivery window is 3 – 10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing materials.
White Glove Delivery
The white glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for White Glove service is typically 2 – 3 weeks from the day your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of White Glove service. White glove delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical or structural changes.
Context online shop offers free shipping. Orders placed before 2 p.m EST on business days begin processing that day; orders placed after 2 p.m. begin processing on the next business day. Due to packing and shipping requirements, items will ship typically with 48 hours of purchase.
We ship smalls and lighting through our online shop via Fed-ex ground.
Some items are made to order, and may ship from us or directly from the manufacturer or may require special packaging. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email or phone within 1 business day to discuss shipping options and costs.
We do accept returns of damaged items, with original packaging. Returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase. All returns must include original packaging: any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials.
