Made of solid wood, the constructive details are at the center of its refined design. The Drayton console table, available in four lengths is made from European walnut or solid oak with an oiled, white pigmented or black stained surface.
David Chipperfield is an acclaimed British architect who is recognized with numerous international awards and honors. Established in 1985, David Chipperfield Architects is a leading global architectural practice with offices in London, Berlin, Milan, and Shanghai. Chosen as the architect for the reconstruction of the Neues Museum in Berlin, which reopened in 2009 to critical acclaim, he is among other things, a winner of the Heinrich Tessenow Gold Medal, has received the RIBA Royal Gold Medal for Architecture, and was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2004. He often collaborates with various manufacturers including e15, Alessi, Artemide, Driade, Dune, Fontana Arte, FSB, Marsotto Edizioni, Riva 1920, Studio TK, Wästberg and Zumtobel.
