Experiencing the Flourish rug is like glancing down on Earth from a landing aircraft. Created by Ellinor Eliasson, the leftover yarn in various colors fulfills Kasthall’s sustainable ambition by minimizing waste. That being said, each colorful mosaic of the landscape in Flourish is unique — no rug is like the other.
Ellinor Eliasson graduated from The Swedish School of Textile University of Borås. By 2015, Eliasson came to Kasthall for an internship and has since then been a part of many successful projects. For instance, she developed the Harvest rug concept, a collection of woven rugs made of residual yarn.
