Mate Shelf

c. 1996

by Florian Asche
for e15

The Mate shelf, designed by Florian Asche for e15, consists of six solid wood shelves attached with classic dovetail joinery to the vertical wood planks. Don’t worry about knocking your seemingly precarious leaning plank of books and objects over. The designer has thoughtfully included a discreet inset eyelet on the back side of the piece that enables securing to the wall. Perfect for displaying books or precious objects in a small space.
