The Mate shelf is composed of thick solid European oiled oak or walnut, and attached six shelf or ledges with classic dovetail joinery to the vertical planks. Worried about knocking your seemingly precarious leaning plank of books and objects over? Don’t. The designer has thoughtfully included a discreet inset eyelet on the back side of the piece that enables securing to the wall.
