or Call to Order

The Aztec sofa designed by Gerard van den Berg for Montis features a rounded, robust and yet soft appearance, offering a reassuring feeling of security as it embraces you from all sides.

Recently reintroduced and the new modified version boasts an improved interior that gives the sofa its signature rounded shape, but the exterior is sleeker than that of its original predecessor. Thanks to the generous height and width of its back and armrests, the Aztec meets all your modular demands. The back can be connected to an arm panel, which easily converts your couch into a corner sofa or a custom-made, extended model.

The firm, flat surface of the back and arm panels also serve as a comfortable place to sit or a sturdy surface for a tray, stack of books or your laptop. The angled grooves on the insides make for interesting yet functional design detail, providing maximum support and added comfort. Just try sitting at an angle, or lie down with your head against the high armrest – you’ll see that the comfort remains the same.
