E005 Embrace Armchair

Design group EOOS paired soft, modern uphol­stery with a classic, light, solid wood frame to achieve a precise yet relaxed expres­sion in the E005 Embrace Armchair for Carl Hansen and Son. Espe­cially strik­ing is the frame with three pieces assem­bled in classic finger joints creat­ing a contin­u­ous struc­ture and elegant silhou­ette. It provides supe­rior comfort, using soft organic mate­ri­als to form a unique three-dimen­sional cushion that embraces the wooden struc­ture as a seat back and armrests all at once.
