Gilbert Bed

The Gilbert Bed, created by Sebas­t­ian Herkner for Linteloo, is the coun­ter­part to the Gilbert Sofa, drawing inspi­ra­tion from the iconic Tetris computer game – a symphony of simple geomet­ric blocks inge­niously inter­lock­ing to create dynamic forms.

The Gilbert bed trans­forms the concept of inter­lock­ing blocks into a haven of comfort and design. Its distin­guish­ing feature lies in the distinct sepa­ra­tion between the head­boards – an element that adds visual allure and a unique sense of iden­tity. This visual contrast is so capti­vat­ing that the bed itself tran­scends being a mere piece of furni­ture, invit­ing the possi­bil­ity of stand­ing freely as a striking statement.
