Introducing the Phoenix Pendant Lamp, a stunning creation by the Dutch design duo Visser & Meijwaard for Linteloo. This exquisite piece draws its inspiration from the art of Caledonia, a technique involving the addition of oxides to glass to create a marbled effect. The roots of this intricate method trace back to Angelo Barovier, Murano’s renowned glassmaker.
Over time, this captivating technique nearly faded into obscurity until it was revitalized by artists in the mid-1800s. With the Phoenix series, Visser & Meijwaard pay homage to this artistry, infusing it with a contemporary twist. Their design embodies elegant and clean lines reminiscent of the Art Deco period, creating a timeless and sophisticated look.
Each individual element of the Phoenix Pendant Lamp is mouth-blown and delicately assembled, much like beads on a necklace. The result is a true jewel that adds a touch of artistry and refinement to any interior.
Experience the Phoenix Pendant Lamp, where tradition meets modernity, and craftsmanship transforms into an elegant statement piece, illuminating your space with beauty and style.
